Common questions
Each tool action costs a fixed number of credits. A video generation costs 40 credits, a 4-variation thumbnail set costs 6 credits, and a YouTube transcript download costs 1 credit. Viewing transcripts is free. Your balance never goes negative — if you don't have enough credits, the action just isn't available until you top up.
Subscription credits refill every billing cycle and unused ones roll over once if you renew. Top-up credits are bought once and never expire. When you generate something, subscription credits are used first — so your top-ups sit safely in reserve until you actually need them.
Yes, anytime, from your account page. You'll keep access through the end of your billing period and any unused subscription credits expire at that point. Top-up credits stay with your account regardless.
If a video or thumbnail generation fails on our end, the credits are automatically refunded to your account. You'll see the refund as a transaction in your account history.
